Abstract	This performance audit, directed in SHB 1128 from the 2007 Legislative Session, will review the constitutional, case law, and statutory objectives and obligations of the Department of Natural Resources’ (DNR) management of state-owned aquatic lands and assess the degree to which DNR and other agencies’ management of the lands is meeting these objectives and complying with obligations.
