Abstract

This process study represents the third phase of the legislatively mandated evaluation of Washington's welfare reform program—WorkFirst.  The report focuses on "post-employment services" intended to help WorkFirst clients stay employed and improve their earnings.  The report contains five recommendations for improving program administration and client services.
