Question/Complaint Complaint alleged Respondent used the facilities of the House to improperly assist a legislator's campaign.  Further alleged that Respondent made improper personal use of House facilities.
Summary No reasonable cause to believe public resources were used to improperly assist the campaign and that allegation was dismissed.  Respondent stipulated to frequent and excessive personal use of SCAN.  Board ordered repayment for SCAN costs and partial payment ($1,000) to the Board toward costs of investigation.
