Summary	Several allegations were dismissed for lack of reasonable cause. Board concluded that Respondent did violate RCW's 42.52.070 (special privileges) and .160 (improper use of public resources) through use of legislative position and public resources in representing NWT's business interests with local and state officials, including personnel at the Department of Ecology. Costs and penalties assessed. Respondent stipulated to findings and entry of the order.
