RCW 44.28.083 Requires JLARC to develop a 16-24 month performance audit work plan during the regular legislative session of each odd-numbered year. Consistent with that legislation, JLARC is submitting the attached proposed work plan for the 2007-09 Biennium. This plan includes studies previously mandated by the Legislature and three Committee-Sponsored studies. The work plan will be modified at the conclusion of the legislative session to incorporate new mandated studies and additional Committee-sponsored studies.
